30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — single books, the OBGYN Bundle, and GG Reader subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments for GynePedia Global products are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for our sales. Refunds are therefore issued and processed by Paddle.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Open the relevant transaction and select the option to request a refund, or contact Paddle support from that page.
  3. Alternatively, contact us directly through the Service and we will forward your refund request to Paddle on your behalf.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for. Refunds on subscription renewals beyond the 30-day window are at Paddle's discretion.

Plan changes

Switches between monthly and annual plans take effect at your next renewal date and are not subject to additional refunds.
